Proposal for temporary installation for the National Gallery, old market place, San Juan Puerto Rico. 2011

Installation made out of cardboard cylinder proposed for the interior patio of the historic building of the National Gallery, San Juan, Puerto Rico. The circular cylinders walls creates new spaces on the yard. The benches are made out of cardboard cylinders that can be use as a playground or a rest area for the public. The circular walls allows to appreciated the neoclassical architecture of the historic building from the interior of the installation creating a diferent perception of the of the structure.
The cardboard used are completely recyclable ideal for a temporary exhibition reducing cost of transportation and energy consumption on the fabrication and installation
